R90 was, officially, established in July 2023. We may be new but we have 10+ years of experience. We specialise in residential construction. From multi-family homes, new single-family homes, in-fills, cabins or shops. Design & drafting services for homeowners, home builders, developers, contractors and real estate agents. We are available throughout the construction and permit process. With years of experience, our passion about home design, your dream home will become reality.

About The Team
Rylie Malashewski
Lead Architectural Designer
Rylie has acquired a lot of experience within the construction industry. Coming from a family in the industry Rylie worked alongside her Dad as a construction labourer in 2011. This is where her passion for new home construction started.Working in the cold weather was not her forte so designing and drafting homes was the next best career.
She successfully obtained her Architectural Technician diploma in the fall of 2013. With current and previous experience she has a strong understanding of residential construction and the Alberta Building code.
Rylie is an excellent problem solver when it comes to design ideas for custom homes. Every project she takes on is approached with care and diligence. She definitely loves her career.
